You can return your product only if it hasn’t been used and is in its original box, within 14 days of receiving it. You can receive a full refund, except for the delivery fee (if paid) and a 5% credit clearing fee, or choose to receive credit for the full amount to be used on the website

Faulty or Damaged Product
We strive to ensure that every product leaves our warehouse in top quality. It is important to us that you and especially your children are happy and pleased with your purchase.
In the event of a default or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. If necessary, we will arrange for a courier (at no cost) to pick up and exchange the product.
Cancel your order
An order can be canceled, and a full refund can be issued only within 48 hours since the order was placed and if it hasn’t left our warehouse for delivery
