From the moment your order is received, we do our best to process and ship it as soon as possible.

Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an SMS / EMAIL notification with delivery details, tracking option and an estimated arrival time.

Business days are every weekday except Friday, Saturday, eve of holidays, and defined vacation days by law.

Orders received by 12:00 PM on a business day will be considered as processed on that day for delivery purposes.

In some areas, delivery may take longer than usual.

You can pick up your items directly from our warehouse in Netanya by prior arrangement at no additional cost.
